Zelnick said PC is getting more important to Take-Two but did not name GTA 6, so launch stays PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S only.

On September 17, 2026, a question about PC came up at Take-Two's annual stockholder meeting, and CEO Strauss Zelnick answered in general terms. He said Take-Two launches games on platforms with a meaningful audience and that PC is becoming "more and more important" to the business, according to Inven Global and Yahoo Finance. Yahoo adds that timing depends on audience size for each platform. Confirmed He did not say GTA 6 is coming to PC, and no PC version has been announced by Rockstar or Take-Two. Confirmed
Nothing to pre-order on PC. Not yet.
The official platform list has not changed since the June pre-order announcement: PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with a November 19, 2026 launch. Take-Two's announcement lists only those two.
There is precedent for a staggered release, though it is not a promise. Grand Theft Auto V reached PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on September 17, 2013, and Windows on April 14, 2015, according to its Wikipedia entry. Whether GTA 6 follows a similar path is unknown. Any date you see for a PC version is a guess. Unconfirmed
What it means for PC players: there is nothing to pre-order or plan hardware around yet, so watch Rockstar's Newswire and Take-Two's investor releases for an official statement rather than third-party rumours.
