As of October 4, 2026, the launch is set for November 19. Here is where things stand, and what to do about it this week.
What is confirmed
- Launch date: November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Confirmed Take-Two restated the date in its August earnings release. The PlayStation listing says the game is for PS5 consoles, not PS4.
- Price: $79.99 Standard, $99.99 Ultimate, per Take-Two. Confirmed
- Pre-order bonus: the Vintage Vice City Pack, and a free month of GTA+ for digital pre-orders, per Take-Two. Confirmed The Xbox page says the GTA+ month must be redeemed within 180 days. Store wording on the cut-off for the bonus differs slightly (Take-Two says purchases before November 20, Xbox says before November 19), so check your own store page.
- Pre-load: November 12, 2026, for digital pre-orders. Physical copies with a download code become available the same date for pre-loading. Confirmed The PlayStation listing mentions a 7-day pre-load.
- Download size: not announced. Unconfirmed Figures you see online are guesses until the store shows a number. Estimate
- PC and online: neither is announced. See Guides.
