About the clock here
India has one time zone, UTC+5:30, and no daylight saving. That half-hour offset catches people out: local midnight is 18:30 UTC, not a round hour. Indian players often search in Hindi for the date; the time is the same for every Indian city.
This page also answers the question for: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Colombo.
